| Neighborhood Selection! When selecting a neighborhood to buy a home, there are key things to look for to aid in your decision making process. Of course size and overall appearance are often main considerations when purchasing a home. How large the rooms are, whether the kitchen is big enough, does it contain a master bathroom or a fireplace, has it been updated, etc. are all key aspects to consider; make sure, however, you keep sight of the big picture..... Do your homework and verify a couple of things before you make an offer and find out that after you've moved in with your four and five year old children that there is a sex offender living down the block! What to look for.........

you’ve narrowed your focus to two or three neighborhoods, You don't always think about these things when caught up in the experience of buying a home but be aware how important they become after you already own the house.
